Network and Connectivity Issues
Communication Error Occurred
If a communication error has occurred, check for the following:
- Make sure that the machine has been turned on.
- Make sure that your mobile device is connected to the Internet.
- Make sure that Bluetooth on your mobile device has been turned on.
- Make sure that there are no microwave ovens or other devices that emit radio waves near the machine and your mobile device.
- If the machine and mobile device are far apart, move them as close together as possible.
If the issue persists after checking each item, follow these steps below to unpair, then pair your devices again:
In the upper-right corner of the Artspira Home screen, tap
.The [Machine Settings] screen appears.
Tap the model name of the machine you want to unpair.
Tap [Delete].
Open the Bluetooth settings screen on your mobile device, and unregister the machine to be unpaired.
On your mobile device, switch the Bluetooth setting off, then on again.
Turn the machine off, then on again.
Pair your mobile device with the machine again.
Issues with Artspira
[Bluetooth model] does not appear in the cutting machine category in the Artspira Machine Settings screen. | |
Make sure that you are using the latest version of the Artspira app. | |
Your machine does not appear in the Artspira Machine Settings screen. | |
Make sure that the machine has been turned on. | |

Make sure that this machine has been selected in the Artspira’s Preview screen. If a cutting machine other than this machine is selected, select this machine instead. | |
