Change a Broadcasting Group Name

  1. Press image (Address Book).
  2. Press image or image to select the following:
    1. Select [Change]. Press OK.
    2. Select the Group to change. Press OK.
    3. Select [Name] and then press OK. Enter the new Group name (up to 16 characters) using the dial pad and then press OK.

      To change a character in the Group name, press image, image, image or image to select image or image. Press OK several times to move the cursor under the incorrect character. Then press image, image, image or image to select image, and press OK. Re-enter the correct letter.

  3. Select [OK] and then press OK.
  4. Press Stop/Exit.

MFC-J890DW/MFC-J895DW

  1. Press image [Fax]>[Address Book]>[Edit]>[Change].
  2. Press image or image to display the Group you want to change, and then press it.
  3. Press [Name].
  4. Enter the new Group name (up to 16 characters) using the touchscreen. Press [OK].

    To change a character, press image or image to position the cursor to highlight the incorrect character, and then press image.

    Enter the new character.

  5. Press [OK].
  6. Press image.
