Changing One Touch or Speed Dial names or numbers

You can change a One Touch or Speed Dial name or number that has already been stored.
1
Press Graphic (Phone Book).

Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to choose Set One Touch Dial or Set Speed Dial.
Press OK.

Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to choose the 2-digit One Touch or Speed Dial location you want to change.
Press OK.

Do one of the following:
•
Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to choose Change.
Press OK.
•
Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to choose Delete.
Press OK.
Press 1 to confirm.
Go to step 8.
Note Note
How to change the stored name or number:
If you want to change a character, press Bsymbol.ltri or Bsymbol.rtri to position the cursor under the character you want to change, and then press Clear/Back. Re-enter the character.

Do one of the following:

If you want to change the name, press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to choose Name. Press OK and enter the name (up to 16 characters) using the dial pad.
Press OK.

If you do not want to change the name, go to step 6.

Do one of the following:
•
If you want to change the fax or telephone number, press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to choose Fax/Tel1:. You can also change Fax/Tel2: if you are changing Speed Dial.
Press OK and enter the new fax or telephone number (up to 20 digits).
Press OK.
•
If you do not want to change the number, go to step 7.

Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to choose Complete.
Press OK

Press Stop/Exit.
