Change or Delete Speed Dial Numbers

You can change or delete Speed Dial Codes.
  1. Press image (FAX).
  2. Press image three times.
  3. Press image or image to display the [Speed Dial] option, and then press OK.
  4. Enter the Speed Dial code you want to change or delete, and then press OK.
  5. Do one of the following:
    • To change the stored fax or telephone number and name:
      1. Press image.
      2. Edit the name, pinyin and number:

        To edit the stored name, pinyin, or number, press image or image to move the cursor to the character you want to change, and then press Clear.

        Enter the correct character, and then press OK.

    • To delete the stored name, pinyin and number:
      1. Press image.
      2. Press image to confirm.
    • To exit without making a change, press Stop/Exit.
  6. Press Stop/Exit.
