Choose the Correct Receive Mode

The factory setting of Receive Mode is “Fax Auto”. Your machine will automatically receive any faxes that are sent to it. There are three receive modes of this machine as below.

LCD Display Factory Setting Ring Delay
Fax Auto

Ring Delay: four times

Fax Manual
PC Fax Receive

  1. Press image (FAX).
  2. Press Menu.
  3. Press image or image to display the [Fax] option, and then press OK.
  4. Press image or image to display the [Setup Receive] option, and then press OK.
  5. Press image or image to display the [Receive Mode] option, and then press OK.
  6. Press image or image to select the [Fax Auto], [Fax Manual] or [PC Fax Receive] option, and then press OK.
  7. Press Stop/Exit.
