- Positioning Issues : The cutting position is misaligned.
- Adjust the Cutting Position : The cutting position may not be adjusted. Perform [Calibration] in Artspira to adjust.
Feeding Issues

The material or mat cannot be ejected.

Jammed Material or Mat
:
The material or mat may not have been inserted correctly before being fed and may have become jammed.

Set the mode change lever to the ▲ position, unlock the shaft release levers, turn off the machine, unplug the power cord, remove the holder, and then slowly pull out the material or mat by hand.
