Storing One Touch Dial numbers

Your machine has 3 One Touch keys where you can store 6 fax or telephone numbers for automatic dialling. To access numbers 4 to 6 hold down Shift as you press the One Touch key.

Press the One Touch key where you want to store the number.
Press 1 to choose Yes.
Note Note
You can also store one Touch Dial numbers pressing Graphic (Phone Book).
Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to choose Set One Touch Dial.
Press OK.
Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to choose the location where you want to store the number in.
Press OK.

Do one of the following:
Enter the name (up to 16 characters) using the dial pad.
Press OK.
(To help you enter letters, see Entering Text.)
To store the number without a name, press OK.

Enter the fax or telephone number (up to 20 digits).
Press OK.

If you want to store an E-mail address to use with Internet fax or Scan to E-mail server, press Bsymbol.utri to choose Dial Type, and then press Bsymbol.ltri or Bsymbol.rtri to change the option to E-Address. Press Bsymbol.dtri to choose FAX/TEL/MAIL and then enter the E-mail address. (See Entering Text.)

Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to choose Complete.
Press OK.

Press Stop/Exit.

Storing One Touch numbers from Outgoing Calls

You can store One Touch numbers from the Outgoing Call history.

Press Redial/Pause.
You can also choose Outgoing Call by pressing Graphic (Fax).

Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to choose the name or number you want to store.
Press OK.

Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to choose Add To Phone Book.
Press OK.

Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to choose the One Touch Dial number where you want to store the number.
Press OK.
Note Note
One Touch Dial numbers begin with Graphic (for example, Bsymbol.tone 0 2).

Do one of the following:
Enter the name using the dial pad (up to 16 characters).
Press OK.
(To help you enter letters, see Entering Text.)
To store the number without a name, press OK.

Press OK to confirm the fax or telephone number.

Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to choose Complete.
Press OK.

Press Stop/Exit.

Storing One Touch numbers from the Caller ID history

If you have the Caller ID subscriber service from your telephone company you can also store One Touch numbers from incoming calls in the Caller ID History. (See Caller ID (U.K. and Ireland only).)

Press Graphic (Fax).

Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to choose Caller ID hist.
Press OK.

Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to choose the number you want to store.
Press OK.

Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to choose Add To Phone Book.
Press OK.

Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to choose the 2-digit One Touch location where you want to store the number in.
Press OK.
Note Note
One Touch Dial numbers begin with Graphic (for example, Bsymbol.tone 0 2).

Do one of the following:
Enter the name (up to 16 characters) using the dial pad.
Press OK.

To store the number without a name, press OK.

Press OK to confirm the fax or telephone number.
