Replace Periodic Maintenance Parts

Replace the following parts regularly to maintain print quality. The parts listed below must be replaced after printing approximately 50,000 pages *1 for the Fuser Unit, PF Kit for the Paper Tray, and PF Kit MP.

Contact Brother Customer Service or a Brother Authorized Service Center when the following message appears on the LCD:

Replace the Fuser Unit.

Replace PF Kit1 *2

Replace the Paper Feeding Kit for the Paper Tray.

Replace PF KitMP *2

Replace the Paper Feeding Kit for the Multi-purpose Tray.

Replacement frequency depends on the complexity of printed pages, percentage of coverage, and the type of media used.
