If the Scan to FTP profile is complete, press Mono Start or Colour Start and go to 11.

If the Scan to FTP profile is not complete, for instance, the login account name and password are missing or the quality or file type are not chosen, you will be prompted to enter any missing information in the following steps.

Choose one of the options below:

Press or to choose Color 150 dpi, Color 300 dpi or Color 600 dpi. Press OK and go to 6.

Press or to choose B/W 200 dpi or B/W 200x100 dpi. Press OK and go to 7.

Press or to choose PDF or JPEG for colour or greyscale documents. Press OK and go to 8.

Press or to choose PDF or TIFF for B/W documents. Press OK and go to 8.

If you use the scanner glass of the machine, choose document size.

Press or to choose A4, A3, Letter, Legal or Ledger.
Press OK.

Enter Username. Press OK.

The LCD shows Connecting. When the connection to the FTP server is successful the machine starts the scanning process.
If you are using the scanner glass, the LCD displays Next Page?. Press 1 for Yes or press 2 for No.
