Welcome to OmniJoin
OmniJoin is the next generation online meeting service providing on-demand web, voice over IP (VoIP) or telephone conference (Omnijoin Phone Conferencing) and multiparty video meeting services to virtually any business desktop worldwide. Meeting hosts must have an OmniJoin account, online attendees just click on a web link to join your meeting.
In addition, the optional instant meeting and messaging application "Live Contact List/ OmniJoin IM" lets you build a list of contacts and have instant meetings with them as quickly and easily as having a phone call. The Live Contact List/ OmniJoin IM also provides more tools for managing meeting templates, and recurring online meetings.
You can also use OmniJoin via your web browser by logging into My Account with your email address and password. My Account is a web page where you can join meetings, make reservations, and check your appointments, as well as edit profiles and message templates, and perform other tasks. (Depending on the type of license used, some features may not be available.)

Meeting with OmniJoin
Whenever you're invited into or hosting an online meeting, you'll be using OmniJoin meeting features. You can share and collaborate on documents, PowerPoint® files, live applications, and media files, while taking advantage of webcams and built-in computer audio (voice over IP).
These features are grouped with related functions (for example, you can find all the audio functions on the Audio tab) making it easier for new users to become productive with OmniJoin.
OmniJoin defaults to the most often-used audio, video and application display settings, so you can get right down to business during your first few meetings; yet the detailed controls for web events, multiple presenters, boardroom set-ups and other advanced capabilities are within your reach.

NOTE: You cannot schedule a meeting while you are in an OmniJoin meeting. Schedule a meeting by using [Live Contact List/ OmniJoin IM], or login to My Account.
Getting Started...
Here is a quick guide to get you up-and-running for an OmniJoin meeting!
1. Install webcam and headset
Before entering a meeting, connect your webcam 1 and headset to the computer.
1 Depending on the type of webcam used, you may have to install the driver that was included with the webcam.
2. Enter your meeting room
Make sure you've downloaded and installed the [Live Contact List/ OmniJoin IM]; you can then [easily enter your meeting room] as a [Host] in just a few clicks.

Did you know? You can also enter your meeting room via your web browser by logging into My Account with your email address and password.
3. Invite people!
Once in your meeting, click Invite by email to send an invitation email to anyone you want to invite, or click Invite by Contacts to easily send an invitation to people in your member list for [Live Contact List/ OmniJoin IM].
4. Control the video and audio
You can control everyone's video and audio in a meeting as a [Host], by using Video or Audio tab.
5. Share something!
Under the Share tab, you can share [desktops], [applications], [PowerPoint® files], [chats], [documents], [whiteboards], [media files], [regions], [web browsers] or [files] with other people.
Live Contact List/ OmniJoin IM
Live Contact List/ OmniJoin IM lets you build a list of colleagues who also have Live Contact List/ OmniJoin IM installed - this means you can see when they are online and available, have instant meetings with them as quickly as making a phone call, send instant messages to them, transfer files, manage your scheduled meetings, and more.

Here is a quick guide to get you up-and-running with Live Contact List/ OmniJoin IM
1. Download & Install Live Contact List/ OmniJoin IM
If you haven't already installed the Live Contact List/ OmniJoin IM, you can do so now by clicking the following link: https://support.omnijoin.com/setup/pc/pcsetup.exe
Did you know? The Live Contact List/ OmniJoin IM allows you to [manage contact list], see who's online, busy or away, [create a schedule and manage meetings], [send messages] to other people and easily [invite contacts] into your meetings.
2. Click the OmniJoin tray icon or double-click the desktop shortcut.

3. Login!
After your account is activated, you can login to Live Contact List/ OmniJoin IM. The first-time you do this, OmniJoin will automatically create a [personal meeting room] for you!
Did you know? You can also login to My Account with your email address and password, to manage and join meetings, view usage reports...
4. Add contacts & groups
Once logged into Live Contact List/ OmniJoin IM, you can easily [add] other OmniJoin [contacts] to your list. You can also [create] or [join] other [groups] to keep your list organized.
5. Invite a contact to your meeting room
With other contacts displayed in Live Contact List/ OmniJoin IM, you can easily [invite them to an online meeting] by selecting a contact and then click Invite to Meeting Room.
My Account
There are a variety of useful functions on My Account, such as scheduling a meeting, or editing message templates and meeting templates. By utilizing My Account, you can use OmniJoin more conveniently.

Home
Histories and details of meetings that you have hosted can be checked as reports.

Meetings
Various operations can be made such as creating scheduled meetings, edit contents of meetings, or join meetings.

Accounts*
Accounts can be added or deleted and control operations such as limitation of usage of functions can be made.

Groups*
Groups can be created or deleted and accounts that belong to groups can be edited.

Settings
Your profile, message templates and meeting templates can be edited.

License*
The attendance status of other users can be checked.
