Confirm Printer Settings

You can print a Printer Settings Report without connecting the printer to a computer or mobile device.

TD-2310D/TD-2320D/TD-2320DF

  1. Turn the printer on.
  2. Load a 2.28" (58 mm) or wider Media Roll into the printer.
  3. Press and hold image for two seconds.
    The report starts printing.

    The report includes the model name, serial number, rechargeable Li-ion battery status, error history and more detailed information on the printer’s configuration and parameter settings.

TD-2350D/TD-2350DF

  1. Turn the printer on.
  2. Load a 2.28" (58 mm) or wider Media Roll into the printer.
  3. Press Menu.
  4. Press image or image to select the following:
    1. Select [Information]. Press OK.
    2. Select [Print Configuration]. Press OK.
  5. Press image or image to select one of the following:
    • [All], and then press OK.

      The report includes all the information provided in the other options.

    • [Usage Log], and then press OK.

      The report includes version information, received data, usage history, and error history.

    • [Printer Settings], and then press OK.

      The report includes version information, printer setting information, network setting list, wireless setting information, and PDL information.

    • [Transfer Data], and then press OK.

      The report includes the template list and the database list.

  6. If the printer shows selection menu, press image or image to select [Start].
  7. Press OK.

TD-2350DSA

  1. Turn the printer on.
  2. Load a 2.28" (58 mm) or wider Media Roll into the printer.
  3. Press Menu.
  4. Press image or image to select the following:
    1. Select [Information]. Press OK.
    2. Select [Print Configuration]. Press OK.
  5. Press image or image to select one of the following:
    • [All], and then press OK.

      The report includes all the information provided in the other options.

    • [Usage Log], and then press OK.

      The report includes version information, received data, usage history, and error history.

    • [Printer Settings], and then press OK.

      The report includes version information, printer setting information, network setting list, wireless setting information, and PDL information.

  6. Press OK to start to print.
