Change the Device Password

Home > Settings > Change the Device Password

Select one or more devices.
Click the Password settings option under Settings in the right pane.

If your device is connected via USB or has an LCD panel, you can change the password without entering the default password.
Do one of the following:
- To change the default password:
  1. Make sure your network-connected devices are in the Initial Admin Mode from the device's control panel.
  2. Select Set a password for unconfigured devices.
  3. Type the new password in the New password: and Confirm new password: fields.
  4. Click Apply.
- To change the current password:
  1. Select Change device password.
  2. Type the current password in the Current device password: field.
  3. Type the new password in the New password: and Confirm new password: fields.
  4. Click Apply.
