I cannot print and get an error message "No cassette is installed" or "NO MEDIA".
If you can not print because an error message is displayed on the printer, check the following.
Is the cassette button's LED lit?
If the roll cassette is installed and the cassette button's LED is off, the printer may not install the roll cassette correctly.
Remove the roll cassette and correctly load it again.
Confirm that the cassette button's LED will stop blinking and will remain lit when resetting the roll cassette.

Are all three LEDs on the Swipe-To-Cut panel lit or blinking?
The paper printed last time may be left in the print output slot or the paper may be jammed.
