Vertical streaks in a light background

Please check the following points to solve the problem:

The drum unit or toner cartridges may not be installed correctly. Re-install the drum unit and toner cartridges.

The window of LED head may be clouded or dirty. Clean the LED head as follows:
1. Click here to print the chart. [345KB/ PDF]
2. Compare your printed document with the printed chart to identify the color of the LED head causing the problem.
3. Wipe the windows of the LED head with a dry lint free soft cloth. Click here to see the details of how to clean the LED head.
