    Uwagi dotyczące pobierania
     
    • Upewnij się, że maszyna, na której będziesz aktualizować oprogramowanie sprzętowe, nie jest zajęta. Przed uruchomieniem narzędzia do aktualizacji oprogramowania sprzętowego upewnij się również, że w pamięci urządzenia nie pozostały żadne dane.
     
    • Sprawdź następujące kwestie na komputerze.
      • Otwórz okno właściwości drukarki i upewnij się, że drukarka działa poprawnie, drukując stronę testową.
      • Zamknij wszystkie aplikacje i oprogramowanie TSR.
      • Jeżeli korzystasz z zapory internetowej systemu Windows XP SP2 lub innej, wyłącz ją.
     
    • Nie można dokonać aktualizacji oprogramowania sprzętowego, dopóki na maszynie nie zostaną spełnione następujące warunki.
      • Maszyna nie wykonuje połączenia lub wysyłania faksu.
      • Urządzenie nie skanuje dokumentu.
      • Urządzenie nie wykonuje kopii lub nie jest w trybie ustawień kopiowania (trybu kopiowania, liczby kopii, itp.).
      • Urządzenie nie znajduje się w menu ustawień.
      • Linia telefoniczna nie jest zajęta. Odłącz linię telefoniczną (aby zapobiec jakimkolwiek połączeniom przychodzącym).
      • Na wyświetlaczu LCD nie ma żadnego komunikatu błędu.
      • Jeśli korzystasz z komputera Macintosh, sternik drukarki lub sterownik drukarki CUPS musi być zainstalowany.
