El software BRAdmin Professional puede establecer comunicación con "Agentes remotos". Los agentes remotos son servicios de software de Brother cargados en ordenadores remotos. Estos agentes recopilan información sobre el dispositivo deesde la red local. Esta información se almacena en el disco duro del PC en el que esté cargado el software del agente. La información se transmite al software del servidor, lo que permite visualizar el estado del dispositivo.
