O software BRAdmin Professional pode estabelecer comunicação com "Agentes" remotos. Os agentes remotos são serviços de software da Brother executados em computadores remotos. Estes agentes coletam informações do dispositivo da partir da rede LAN. Estas informações são armazenadas no disco rígido do PC que executa o software do agente. As informações passam para o software do servidor, que lhe permite visualizar o estado do dispositivo.
