解除安裝軟體和驅動程式 (Windows)

  1. 執行下列其中一項操作：
    • Windows 11

      按一下 image>所有應用程式>Brother>Brother Utilities。

    • Windows 10、Windows Server 2016、Windows Server 2019 和 Windows Server 2022

      按一下image >Brother>Brother Utilities。

    • Windows Server 2012 R2

      將滑鼠游標移到Start螢幕的左下角，按一下 image (如果您正在使用觸控式裝置，從Start螢幕的底部向上滑動手指以顯示Apps螢幕)。

      顯示Apps螢幕時，點選或按一下 image (Brother Utilities)。

    • Windows Server 2012

      點選或按一下Start螢幕或桌面上的 image (Brother Utilities)。

  2. 如果尚未選擇，請從下拉式選單中選擇您的型號。
  3. 按一下左側導覽列中的 工具。
    • 如果顯示 軟體更新通知 圖示，請選中，再按一下 現在檢查>檢查軟體更新>更新。遵循螢幕上的說明執行操作。
    • 如未顯示 軟體更新通知 圖示，請轉到下一步。
  4. 在 Brother Utilities 的 工具 部分按一下 解除安裝。
    遵循對話方塊中的說明解除安裝軟體和驅動程式。
