卸载软件和驱动程序 (Windows)

  1. 执行以下操作中的一项：
    • Windows 11

      点击 image>所有应用>Brother>Brother Utilities(Brother实用程序)。

    • Windows 10、Windows Server 2016、Windows Server 2019 和 Windows Server 2022

      点击image >Brother>Brother Utilities(Brother实用程序)。

    • Windows Server 2012 R2

      将鼠标移到开始屏幕的左下角，点击 image (如果您使用的是触摸屏设备，从开始屏幕底部向上滑动以显示应用屏幕)。

      显示应用屏幕时，点击 image (Brother Utilities(Brother实用程序))。

    • Windows Server 2012

      点击开始屏幕或桌面上的 image (Brother Utilities(Brother实用程序))。

  2. 如果尚未选择，请从下拉列表中选择本设备的型号名称。
  3. 点击左侧操作栏中的工具。
    • 如果显示 软件更新通知 图标，请选中，然后点击 现在检查>检查固件更新>更新。遵循屏幕提示执行操作。
    • 如未显示 软件更新通知 图标，请转到下一步。
  4. 在 Brother Utilities(Brother实用程序) 的 工具 导航栏中点击 卸载。
    遵循对话框中的提示卸载软件和驱动程序。
