Watermark Copy

You can place a logo or text into your document as a Watermark. You can select one of the template watermarks, data from your media cards or USB Flash memory drive, or scanned data.
Note Note
Fit to Page, Page Layout, Ink Save Mode and Book Copy are not available with Watermark Copy.

Press Graphic (Copy).

Press Bsymbol.ltri or Bsymbol.rtri to display Watermark Copy.

Press Watermark Copy.

Press Use Watermark.
Do one of the following:
If you want to use a template from the machine, press Edit Template and go to step 5.
If you want to use your own data as a watermark, press Use Image and go to step 6.

Press Text and choose the data you want to use, CONFIDENTIAL, DRAFT or COPY. Press OK.
Change other watermark settings from the available options as needed.
Press OK.
Go to step 7.

Do one of the following:
If you want to use a document as the watermark, press Scan.
Place the document that you want to use for the watermark on the scanner glass and press Mono Start or Colour Start.
The scanned data will be shown on the LCD.
If you want to adjust the degree of Transparency for your scanned data, press Transparency.
Press Bsymbol.ltri or Bsymbol.rtri to adjust the degree, and then press OK.
Go to step 7.
If you want to use data from a media card or USB Flash memory drive as the watermark, insert the media card or USB flash memory drive and then press Media.
The image will be shown on the LCD.
Press the image you want to use for the watermark.
Note Note
You can use your own image of up to 1280 × 1280 pixels as a watermark.
You can adjust the Position, Size, Angle and Transparency of the watermark. Press OK.
Go to step 7.
CAUTION IMPORTANT
DO NOT take out the memory card or USB Flash memory drive while Photo Capture is blinking to avoid damaging the card, USB Flash memory drive or the data stored on them.

Press OK to confirm to use watermark.
Load the document you want to copy.

Enter the number of copies you want.

If you do not want to change additional settings, press Mono Start or Colour Start.
