Polled transmit (Monochrome only)

Polled transmit lets you set up your machine to wait with a document so another fax machine can call and retrieve it.
The document will be stored and can be retrieved by any other fax machine until you delete it from the memory. (See Checking and cancelling waiting jobs.)

Setup for polled transmit

Press Graphic (Fax).

Load your document.

Press Bsymbol.ltri or Bsymbol.rtri to display Polled TX.

Press Polled TX.

Press Standard.

Press Mono Start.

If you are using the scanner glass, the LCD will prompt you to choose one of the following options.
•
Press Yes to scan another page.
Go to step 8.

Press No or Mono Start to send the document.

Place the next page on the scanner glass and press Mono Start. Repeat steps 7 and 8 for each additional page.
Your machine will automatically send the fax when it is polled.
