The machine automatically reduces each page of an incoming fax to fit on one page of A4, Letter, Legal size paper, with Auto Reduction
On. The machine calculates the reduction ratio by using the page size of the fax and your Paper Size setting (See
Paper Size).

| 2 | Press  or  to choose Fax. Press OK. |
| 3 | Press or to choose Setup Receive. Press OK. |
| 4 | Press or to choose Auto Reduction. Press OK. |
| 5 | Press or to choose On (or Off). Press OK. |
| 6 | Press Stop/Exit. |
