Setting Receiving Priority

If a A3 Colour fax is sent to your machine, your machine will receive either a A3 mono fax or a A4 Colour fax depending on the Receiving Priority setting. If you choose Mono(Max.A3), you will receive a A3 mono fax. If you choose Colour(Max.A4), you will receive a A4 Colour fax.
Note Note
The default setting is Mono(Max.A3), so the machine cannot receive A4 colour fax by default.

Press Menu.

Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to choose Fax.
Press OK.

Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to choose Setup Receive.
Press OK.

Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to choose Mono/Colour.

Press Bsymbol.ltri or Bsymbol.rtri to choose Mono(Max.A3) or Colour(Max.A4).
Press OK.

Press Stop/Exit.
