Additional receiving operations

If you choose On, the machine automatically reduces each page of an incoming fax to fit on one page of A4, Letter or Legal size paper. The machine calculates the reduction ratio by using the page size of the fax and your Paper Size setting. (See Paper Size and Type (MFC-5890CN and MFC-5895CW) or Paper Size and Type (MFC-6490CW only).)

1	Press Menu.
2	Press or to choose Fax. Press OK.
3	Press or to choose Setup Receive. Press OK.
4	Press or to choose Auto Reduction.
5	Press or to choose On (or Off). Press OK.
6	Press Stop/Exit.
