When you choose Scan to E-mail (PC) your document will be scanned and sent directly to the PC you designated on your network. ControlCenter3 will activate the default E-mail application on the designated PC. You can scan and send a black and white or color document from the PC as an attachment.

1 | Load your document. |
2 | Press ![Graphic](images/scan_key.gif) ( Scan). |
3 | Press ![Bsymbol.utri](../img/bsymbol_utri.gif) or ![Bsymbol.dtri](../img/bsymbol_dtri.gif) to choose Scan to PC. Press OK. |
4 | Press ![Bsymbol.utri](../img/bsymbol_utri.gif) or ![Bsymbol.dtri](../img/bsymbol_dtri.gif) to choose E-mail. Press OK. If your machine does not support Duplex Scan, go to step 6. If your machine supports Duplex Scan, go to step 5. |
5 | Press ![Bsymbol.utri](../img/bsymbol_utri.gif) or ![Bsymbol.dtri](../img/bsymbol_dtri.gif) to choose 1sided, 2sided (L)edge or 2sided (S)edge. Press OK. |
6 | Press ![Bsymbol.utri](../img/bsymbol_utri.gif) or ![Bsymbol.dtri](../img/bsymbol_dtri.gif) to choose the destination PC you want to use for E-mailing your document. Press OK. If the LCD prompts you to enter a PIN number, enter the 4-digit PIN number for the destination PC on the control panel. Press OK. |
