Set the Fax Receive Stamp

You can set the machine to print the received date and time at the top centre of each received fax page.
  • Make sure you have set the current date and time on the machine.

  • The received time and date will not appear when using Internet Fax.

MFC-L2800DW/MFC-L2805DW

  1. Press image (Fax).
  2. Press Menu.
  3. Press image or image to display the [Fax] option, and then press OK.
  4. Press image or image to display the [Setup Receive] option, and then press OK.
  5. Press image or image to display the [Fax Rx Stamp] option, and then press OK.
  6. Press image or image to display the [On] (or [Off]) option, and then press OK.
  7. Press Stop/Exit.

MFC-L2820DW/MFC-L2885DW/MFC-L2880DW/MFC-L2880DWXL/MFC-L2920DW

  1. Press image[Settings]>[All Settings]>[Fax]>[Setup Receive]>[Fax Rx Stamp].
  2. Press [On] or [Off].
  3. Press image.
