MFC-L2800DW/MFC-L2805DW

  1. Press Menu.
  2. Press image or image to select the [Network] option, and then press OK.
  3. Press image or image to select the [E-mail/IFAX] option, and then press OK.
  4. Press image or image to select the [Manual Receive] option, and then press OK.
  5. The LCD displays [Receiving] and your machine will print the data from the email server.

MFC-L2820DW/MFC-L2885DW/MFC-L2880DW/MFC-L2880DWXL/MFC-L2920DW

  1. Press image[Settings]>[All Settings]>[Network]>[E-mail/IFAX]>[Manual Receive].
  2. Press [Yes] to confirm.
  3. The LCD displays [Receiving] and your machine will print the data from the email server.
