Pack and Ship Your Brother Machine

When you transport the machine, use the packing materials that came with your machine. If you do not pack the machine correctly, any damage that may occur in transit may not be covered by your warranty.

The machine should be adequately insured with the carrier.

  1. Disconnect all the cables, and then unplug the power cord from the electrical socket.
  2. Close the expandable ADF.
  3. Remove the ADF (1).

  4. Firmly push the Output Tray into the machine.

  5. Wrap the machine in the original bag.

  6. Pack the machine and the printed materials in the original carton with the original packing material as shown. (The original packing material may differ depending on your country.)

  7. Close the carton and tape it shut.
