Change a Group

You can rename a group, add an E-mail address to the group and delete an E-mail address from the group.

Swipe left or right, or press Bsymbol.ltri or Bsymbol.rtri to display Scan 2.

Press to E-mail Server.

Press Address Book.

Press Edit.

Press Change.

Swipe up or down, or press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri until you find the group you want to change.

Press the group name.

Do one of the following:
•
If you want to rename the group, go to step 9.
•
If you want to add an E-mail address to the group, go to step 11.
•
If you want to delete an E-mail address from the group, go to step 11.

Press Name. The software keyboard will appear on the LCD.

Enter a new group name. Go to step 14.

Press Add/Delete.

Swipe up or down, or press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri until you find the E-mail address you want to add or delete.

Press the E-mail address.

Press OK.
