Artspira+ is a Brother subscription program that will enhance your Artspira experience. With Artspira+, you'll have unlimited designs to choose from, more editing tools and features, and added cloud storage.

Free Trial

What is the Artspira+ Free Trial? How long does the trial period last?

Brother is offering you a free one-month trial period to try Artspira+ and use our templates, tools, and designs.
You can cancel anytime. There are no cancellation fees.
Free trial is available for a month from the date of application. However, the final date of availability may vary depending on the type of app store and the time of the application date.
The next service renewal date will be displayed on the Setting screen of the application. If you want to cancel, please do so at least one day before that date.

How do I subscribe for Artspira+? Is Artspira+ available in my country?

In the Artspira app, tap [Settings], and then navigate to the purchase screen.

Subscription and Payment

How do I start my Free Trial? Will Brother automatically charge me? What happens when the Free Trial period ends?

You must enter the payment information to start your Free Trial, but you will not be charged for a month.
After a month, Artspira+ subscription starts and you'll be charged monthly.

What payment methods can I use?

Use any payment method that is accepted by your preferred app store.


Can I get a receipt for paying for the subscription service?

We apologize, but Artspira+ cannot issue a receipt.

I subscribed to Artspria+ using my mobile phone. Can I use Artspira+ on other mobile devices, like my tablet?

Absolutely - but you must use your activated ArtspiraID. Using the same ArtspiraID on your mobile phone, your tablet, and any other mobile device validates your access to your Artspira+ service.


Why can't I subscribe to Artspira+?

Please check the following:

  • Make sure you're in a country/region where this service is available. Tap [Settings] > [Account] > [User Information] > [Region] to view availability.

  • Confirm that your payment information is entered correctly in the app store.
  • If you cancelled your subscription, you can't subscribe again until after the "Subscription renews" date shown in the [Settings] screen. Your subscription is live until that date. After the date passes, return to the [Settings] screen to re-subscribe.

I subscribed to Artspira+, but I don't see any subscription features.

You may have subscribed using a different Artspira ID. Please check your current Artspira ID with the ID used to subscribe to Artspira+.

Please try the following:
- Try logging in using a different login method (for example, with CanvasWorkspace, Apple, or Google).
- Try using a different Apple ID or Google ID, and check if you have another Artspira ID.


I've been using Artspira+ with my Artspira ID regularly, but it suddenly stopped working. What happened?

Make sure that your country/region is set correctly in [Settings] > [Account] > [User Information] > [Region].

I moved to another country or region while continuing to subscribe. What should I do?

If you move, follow these steps to renew your subscription.


What if I have an Artspira+ subscription and move to another country or region that doesn't support Artspira+?

We're working on making Artspira+ available all over the world, and are sorry we can't support you in your new home yet.

How can I check my Artspira+ subscription status and subscription renewal information?

Go to [Settings] > [Subscription].
If you want to cancel, please do so at least one day before that date. Tap here for more information on canceling your free trial or subscription.

Can I use Artspira+ commercially?

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, you may use Artspira, Artspira+, and any derivative works created using the above only for personal, noncommercial purposes.

Cancel My Subscription

How do I cancel my Artspira+ subscription and stop payments?

You cannot cancel your subscription within the Artspira app. To cancel, you must stop payments according to your preferred app store.

What happens if I cancel Artspira+?

If you cancel Artspira+ before the "Subscription renews" date shown in [Settings], you can enjoy all subscription features and contents until that date, and then you automatically revert to the free Artspira plan.

After your Artspira+ subscription ends, you'll still be able to access your [My Creations] folder, but may not have enough storage to save new files. If this happens, you must delete existing files to make room for the new ones you want to save.


What happens if I cancel my Artspira membership or uninstall the Artspira app while subscribed to Artspira+?

Deleting your Artspira membership or uninstalling the Artspira app will not cancel your Artspira+ subscription.

I canceled my Artspira+ subscription, but have changed my mind. How can I restart the subscription program?

If your "Subscription renews" date has passed, subscribe again from within the Artspira app to ensure you retain your ID.

If you subscribe again from an app store, your Artspira ID will not applied to your subscription correctly. Please do not resubscribe from an app store. Return to the Artspira app to subscribe.
You cannot resubscribe until after the "Subscription renews" date passes.


If I cancel my Artspira+ subscription before the "Subscription renews" date, will I receive a refund?

We apologize, but you cannot receive a refund. If you cancel your Artspira+ subscription, you can use the subscription service until the "Subscription renews" date.

Artspira+ Functions

What is the Image to Embroidery function?

Use Image to Embroidery to create personalized embroidery designs using your own photos and images. In addition to Digitized Embroidery, which is common for machine embroidery, you can also create Cross Stitch Embroidery.

What is the Portrait Conversion function?

Portrait Conversion allows you to turn your photos and images into unique creations using shape and texture! The generated images can be used for Digitized Embroidery and Cross Stitch Embroidery. In addition, you can use this function for printing on Sublimation Paper and on Fabric Roll too, using the [New] > [Printing] > [Design Editor] command. (Available in certain countries/regions.)
