Save Label Files

You can save up to 10 labels and recall them for printing at a later date. Each label file can contain a maximum of 80 characters. You can also edit and overwrite saved labels.

PT-N10

  1. Enter the text and format your label.
  2. Press image.
  3. Press image or image to display the [File] option, and then press image.
  4. Press image or image to display the [Save] option, and then press image.
  5. Press image or image to select a file number, and then press image.

    If you see the message [Overwrite?] appears on the LCD, press the image or image keys to either assign a different number to your file or to overwrite the existing file that currently uses this number.

PT-N20/PT-N25BT

  1. Enter the text and format your label.
  2. Press image.
  3. Press image or image to display the [File] option, and then press image.
  4. Press image or image to display the [Save] option, and then press image.
  5. Press image or image to select a file number, and then press image.

    If you see the message [Overwrite OK?] appears on the LCD, press the image or image keys to either assign a different number to your file or to overwrite the existing file that currently uses this number.
