Print Labels

(PT-E310BT) To cut the label, press the Tape Cutter Lever on the top left corner of the Label Printer.

  • (PT-E310BT) To prevent damage to the tape, do not press the Cutter Lever while the message [Printing... Copies] or [Feeding tape... Please wait] appears on the LCD.
  • Do not pull the label while it is emerging from the Tape Exit Slot. Doing so will cause the ink ribbon to be ejected with the tape, making the tape unusable.
  • Do not block the Tape Exit Slot during printing. Doing so will cause the tape to jam.
  1. After creating your label, press image.
  2. If you print serialised labels, specify the labels you want to print using the image and image keys to select an option on the LCD.

    Print the label where the cursor is positioned.

    Specify the first and last label to print.

  3. To change other print options, press image and then press image.
    NOTE
    • When you print multiple labels, a confirmation message appears after each label is printed.

      (PT-E510/PT-E560BT) To disable this confirmation message, follow these steps:

      1. Press Menu.
      2. Press image or image to display [Cut Pause], and then press OK.
      3. Press image or image to select [Off], and then press OK.

    • If the battery runs out and the print job stops, you can resume printing by following these steps (not available when using a USB or Bluetooth connection):
      1. Fully charge the battery, turn the printer on, and press image.
      2. Follow the instructions on the LCD, select the page range, and resume printing.
