Save Label Files

You can save up to 50 labels and recall them for printing at a later date. Each label file can contain a maximum of 80 (PT-D410) or 280 (PT-D460BT) characters. You can also edit and overwrite saved labels.

PT-D410

  1. Enter the text and format your label.
  2. Press image.
  3. Press image or image to display [Save], and then press OK.
  4. Press image or image to select a file, and then press OK.

PT-D460BT

  1. Enter the text and format your label.
  2. Press image.
  3. Press image or image to select a file, and then press OK.
