Confirm Printer Settings

You can print a Printer Settings Report without connecting the printer to a computer or mobile device.

TD-4215D/TD-4425DN/TD-4525DN/TD-4425DNF

  1. Turn the printer on.
  2. Load a 102 mm or wider Media Roll into the printer.
  3. Press and hold image for two seconds.
    The report starts printing.

    The report includes the model name, serial number, error history and more detailed information on the printer’s configuration and parameter settings.

  1. Turn the printer on.
  2. Load a 102 mm or wider Media Roll into the printer.
  3. Press Menu.
  4. Press image or image to select the following:
    1. Select [Information]. Press OK.
    2. Select [Print Configuration]. Press OK.
  5. Press image or image to select one of the following:
    • [All], and then press OK.

      The report includes all the information provided in the other options.

    • [Usage Log], and then press OK.

      The report includes version information, received data, usage history, and error history.

    • [Printer Settings], and then press OK.

      The report includes version information, printer setting information, network setting list, wireless setting information, and PDL information.

    • [Transfer Data], and then press OK.

      The report includes the template list and the database list.

  6. If the printer shows selection menu, press image or image to select [Start].
  7. Press OK.
