Information
- (macOS 10.15 - macOS 12) Bluetooth® printing is not supported by these macOS versions.
- To update the firmware and fonts, you must use a Windows computer.
You must update using both the Firmware Update Tool and the Font Update Tool at the same time.
More Information
- QL-820NWBc does not support Windows 8/ 7/ Vista/ Server 2008 R2/ Server 2008/ macOS 10.14 - OS X 10.10.
- Brother will not provide new Brother software nor update previously provided software for the Windows OS versions that Microsoft no longer supports or for the Mac operating systems older than the last three systems.
