How do I clear paper jams?
If paper jams inside the printer, the printer will stop. Check printer's LED indication.

If the Paper LED is flashing and the Status LED is on (Red), this means paper jam occurs in MP Tray, paper tray or inside the printer.

If the Back Cover LED and the Paper LED are flashing, and the Status LED is on (Red), this means paper jam occurs behind the back cover or inside the printer. |
