My printed documents are incomplete or a blue screen appears when printing after a Windows 10 update (March 2021)
The printed image is out of alignment.
When printing using the optional roll printer case (PA-RC-001), gaps between lines may decrease or blurred characters may be printed.
My custom paper size cannot be found even though I added it to the "User Defined Size" list in the printer driver, or although the Administrator settings are set for a shared printer, the function is disabled on a client computer. The printer is connected to a Windows computer via Bluetooth®.
I cannot use some buttons or functions in P-touch Editor or the printer driver. (For macOS 10.15.x)
When printing from an application, the application's "Collate" setting does not work correctly.
I created a template using P-touch Editor and transferred it to my printer. But the print result is different from what I see on the P-touch Editor screen.
The print quality is poor, and the image is too light or dark.

The printed page contains incorrect characters.
The printed image is compressed or stretched.
