OCR does not work.

Follow the steps below to how to work OCR feature.

 

  • The scanner resolution is too low.

     

    Increase the scanner resolution

     

  • (Windows)

    Nuance PaperPort™ has not been installed on your computer.

     

    Make sure you have installed Nuance PaperPort™ from the supplied DVD-ROM.

     

  • (Macintosh)

    Presto! PageManager has not been installed on your computer.

     

    Make sure you have installed Presto! PageManager from the supplied DVD-ROM.
