Unable to Print on Photo Paper from Tray 2
The machine does not support printing on photo paper from Tray 2. Instead, move the paper into Tray 1 and print. The actual error message may vary depending on your model and Operating System but some examples of what you may see, are below.
MFC-5840CN, MFC-5860CN, MFC-6490CW, MFC-6890CDW, MFC-J6710DW, MFC-J6910DW
