Printouts are faded.
Check the following points:

Is the media suitable? Replace the media with a recommend size and type, and confirm that your printer driver settings are correct.

Is the paper damp? Replace the paper.

The toner cartridge might be old or damaged. Replace the toner cartridge. To see how to replace the toner cartridge, click here.

Is the printer driver Toner Save Mode active? In the printer driver, deactivate the Toner Save Mode. To see how to deactivate the Toner Save Mode, click here.

The power supply is defective. If the problem continues, we recommend you contact your dealer or Brother Customer Service.
