Check if the P-touch Editor Lite lamp is off.

If the P-touch Editor Lite lamp is lit, you cannot install both the printer driver and P-touch Editor.

Do the following:

1. Press and hold down the Editor Lite button until the Editor Lite lamp turns off before connecting the USB cable.
2. Install the printer driver and P-touch Editor.
3. After the installation is finished, connect the printer to your computer.
