Output sheets are completely black.
Check the following points:

The toner cartridge might be old or damaged. Replace the print head cartridge. To see how to replace the toner cartridge, click here.

The power supply might be defective. If the problem continues, we recommend you contact your dealer or Brother Customer Service.
