I cannot use ControlCenter3 because it shows nothing after it is launched (Windows).

The ControlCenter3 shows nothing

 

This issue occurs if you use ControlCenter3 in Modern mode. This issue is caused by bugs in Adobe® Flash® Player.

To resolve this issue, install the latest version of Adobe® Flash® Player ActiveX.

 

Solutions of the issue may differ depending on your OS.

(Windows 7 or earlier)

(Windows 7 or earlier)

Install the latest version of Adobe® Flash® Player ActiveX with Internet Explorer.

The latest version of Adobe® Flash® Player ActiveX is not available for download with any browsers other than Internet Explorer. Therefore, you must install it with Internet Explorer.

 

(Windows 8 or later)

Adobe® Flash® Player ActiveX was updated by Windows Update on February 9, 2016. If this issue still occurs, you may not have installed Windows Update .
Follow the steps below to install Windows Update.

 

Installing Windows Updates requires an active internet connection.

 

(Windows 10)
(Windows 8/8.1)

  1. Close all applications.
  2. Click Start (1) and click Settings (2).

  3. Click Update & Security.
  4. Click Windows Update.
  5. Windows Update will appear. Follow the screen directions for Windows Update.

  1. Close all applications.
  2. Open the control panel. (Click here to see how to open the Control Panel.)
  3. Click System and Security.

  5. Windows Update will appear. Follow the screen directions for Windows Update.
