Document misfeeds.

Follow the steps listed below to resolve the issue:


  • After pressing Scan, the paper detect sensor is inactive for a certain time.
    Align the edges of the pages and set your document correctly, then try again.
  • The document is not feeding correctly.
    Remove the document, align the pages, and set it carefully in the ADF, then start scanning again.
