Why does my machine display "CUTTER ERROR!"?
This message appears if the tape cutter button is pressed while the P-touch is printing or feeding. Press the tape cutter button only after the P-touch has printed and stopped.
If the problem cannot be corrected, please click "Contact Us" in the top right corner of this page to contact Brother Customer Service.
- Release the tape cutter button. If the print button
was pressed, press the feed button 
to feed out the printed tape.
