Can I reduce the size of a received fax to fit the size of the paper in the Brother machine?

Turning on Auto Reduction will automatically reduce the size of an incoming fax to fit the size of the paper in your machine. To set Auto Reduction mode ON, follow the instructions listed below:
- Press MENU.
- Press the Up or Down Arrow key to display Fax.
- Press Fax.
- Press the Up or Down Arrow key to display Setup Receive.
- Press Setup Receive.
- Press the Up or Down Arrow key to display Auto Reduction.
- Press Auto Reduction.
- Press On (or Off).
- Press Stop/Exit.

The machine calculates the reduction ratio by using the page size of the fax and the Paper Size setting.
Verify the Paper Size is set correctly by follow the instructions listed below:
- Press MENU.
- Press the Up or Down Arrow key to display General Setup.
- Press General Setup.
- Press the Up or Down Arrow key to display Paper Size.
- Press Paper Size.
- Press the correct size.
- Press Stop/Exit.
