To cancel a Broadcast in progress, follow these steps:

1. Press Menu and choose Fax => Remaining Jobs.
   
   The machine's LCD will show the fax number or name being dialed and the Broadcast job number.
   For example, #001 0123456789; Broadcast #001.
    
2. Do one of the following:

    

   • If you want to only cancel sending to the number currently being dialed, press the UP OR DOWN ARROW key to choose the fax number being dialed.
      
   • If you want to cancel the entire Broadcast, press the UP OR DOWN ARROW key to choose the Broadcast job number.
3. Press the OK key.
    
4. Press 1 to confirm the cancellation.

    

   • If you chose to only cancel the number currently being dialed in STEP 2, go to STEP 5.
      
   • If you chose to cancel the entire Broadcast in STEP 2, go to STEP 6.
5. Do one of the following:

    

   • Press 1 to cancel the entire Broadcast.
      
   • Press 2 to exit.
6. Press the STOP/EXIT key.
