To set the date and time, follow the instructions listed below:

1. Press the Menu key on the control panel.
2. Press the Up or Down Arrow key or the numeric key to select Machine Info., and then press the OK key.
3. Press the Up or Down Arrow key or the numeric key to select Date&Time, and then press the OK key.
4. Press the Up or Down Arrow key or the numeric key to select Date&Time again, and then press the OK key. (This step might be skipped in some models.)
5. The LCD will prompt you to enter the year. Enter the last two digits of the year on the numeric keys (for example, enter 0, 9 for 2009), and then press the OK key.
6. The screen will prompt you to enter the month. Enter the two digits for the month on the numeric keys (for example, enter 0, 9 for September), and then press the OK key.
7. The screen will prompt you to enter the day. Enter two digits for the day on the numeric keys (for example, 0, 6 for the 6th day of the month), and then press the OK key.
8. Do one of the following:
   
   
   • If the LCD prompt you to enter the "the time" after entering "the day":
     Enter the time in 24-hour format on the numeric keys (for example, enter 1, 5, 0, 0 for 3:00 pm), and then press the OK key. 
     
     
   • If the LCD displays "12 or 24? ":
     Press the Up or Down Arrow key to choose 12h clock or 24h Clock, and then press the OK key.
     
     When you chose 12h clock, the LCD displays "AM or PM?".
     Press the Up or Down Arrow key to choose AM or PM, and then press the OK key.
   
   
9. Press the Stop/Exit key on the Control Panel.
