To use the print head cleaning cassette, please follow the instructions below.

1. Open the cassette cover.
2. Insert the print head cleaning cassette, and close the cassette cover.
3. Make sure the printer turned on, then press the Feed & Cut button twice quickly.
4. If you repeat Step3 three times and the print quality is still not improved, clean the print head using a cotton swab or contact Brother customer service.
