The error message "Incorrect PIN" appears and I cannot scan data to the Network (Scan to Network) or SharePoint (Scan to SharePoint).

Incorrect PIN

 

Make sure you entered the correct PIN code. If this issue occurs even after you enter the correct PIN code, update your machine's firmware to the latest version.
